A skilled photographer will use a wide angle camera lens for some of their shots. You will know if your agent is a good marketer if they speak about the importance of the quality and sizing of pictures. The time it takes to sell your house will largely depend on how your position your home. Part of positioning your home correctly is in the way you present it online.
