Potential home buyers like pictures, but they like videos more.  Here’s an example of one of our property videos.  We have our own videographer on staff that handles all production. How many other real estate agents or companies can say that?


 


3D & VIRTUAL REALITY

In addition to professional property videos we will also do a 3D & Virtual Reality walk through of the property.  This allows a potential buyer to literally walk through your house without even being there.  This further qualifies potential buyers to come see your house.  We know that buyers who want to schedule a showing after seeing it online are more qualified than those who have not. These alleviates some of the tire kickers out there so that we make sure we show your home to qualified buyers only.


 


PROFESSIONAL PICTURES

We also have our own photographer on staff as well. In today’s environment you must use a professional photographer.  Your iPhone takes great pictures, but not good enough to market your home for sale.

Our entire team will send out your property video to our entire email list. Your property will be featured and our distribution list is in the thousands.

 


PROPERTY SYNDICATION

90% of all real estate search is being done online right now!  What’s important about being featured online is your placement.  The 4 big search websites are listed below and are where you want your listing to be at. We purchase the premiere package to be featured on all of these sites to increase your property’s online presentation.  What this means to you is that our listings appear at the top of the search results.  We have better control over them and how they are marketed online. The better the presentation online, the better the overall selling process will be.

 

The majority of agents will NOT have access to premiere packages because of the cost involved.  It’s not cheap, but that’s not your problem.  We only provide the highest level of service and in 2019 this is it.

 

 


YOUTUBE OPTIMIZATION

This is how you get your video to rank in YouTube.  If you know what you are doing you can typically rank under certain search terms right away. We will build out a full property website for your property that showcases all of the features of your home.  We will drive all online traffic back to your featured website. This is a clean simple page that showcases your property pictures, video, and local neighborhood information.

PROFESSIONAL BROCHURES & FLYERS

We will create professional property brochures for your home along with all the local important neighborhood information. This gives potential buyers the information they are looking for such as their local “walk score” etc.

 

 


MLS

Your home will of course be listed on the Multiple Listing Service. SIGNAGE

 

Your home will get proper signage. While a for sales sign statistically results in less than 2% of sales for residential real estate you never know.  Signage works better in higher traffic areas, but is always a good way to get the word out there amongst your neighbors etc..

 


OPEN HOUSES

Open houses are totally up to you as the property owner.  If you would like us to do them, then we like to go all out. We market your open house for sale through Facebook Ads, Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, and Homes.com.  We also place plenty of directional arrow signage throughout the neighborhood to increase open house attendance.
